Rumor has it... Brittney Spear will be taking her circus on tour in Europe. These countries include Ireland, Sweden, France, Russia, Germany, and etc. She established the tour date on the her website. Brittney has been touring in the United States since March. Congratulations from her recovery, hopefully the concert won't really like you're in Barbra and Bailey's.
