Rumor has it.... Jay Z has officially went broke. Speculations are that his private jets, property in the islands, and his cars are being confiscated in late spring. Since his prixe possessions are being confiscated, Jay Z is now back in the studio to create a new album and will begin a world wide tour in order to pay for his expenses.
